Booking Deposit:  When booking, you will be sent a rental agreement to be signed by you, and 1/2 the basic rent will be due in one week.   

Final Payment:
Balance due including 6% Bandon Loding Tax and 1% Oregon State Tourism Tax, the Housekeeping Fee, plus the Refundable Security/Damage Deposit due two weeks prior to your arrival date.
Refund Policy:  If you cancel in the winter more than two weeks prior to your rental, for holiday more than one month, in summer more than two months and we find another renter, 80% is refundable, otherwise 50% is refundable.  Refundable in full if we must cancel.
